Shipping & Local Delivery Policy

FREE US shipping on orders $200+

Ship to the US, US territories, and Canada.  US shipping starts at $5.95 to $7.95 based on weight. Local delivery/shipping is also available for NC residents within 25 miles of Garner, NC.  We are currently unable to ship to P.O boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping to Canada is calculated at checkout and based on package weight.

Please make sure your address is entered correctly at checkout.  We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address and not returned. Please contact the postal service and provide them your tracking information for assistance. 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  A tracking number will be provided to your email once the order has shipped.  The estimated standard shipping time is 5 to 8 business days. Express USPS Shipping (1 to 2 days) is also available.

Shipping and delivery updates can be sent to your email provided at checkout or mobile phone. Sign up for shipping updates by text will be shown on the order confirmation page. Download the Shop App to track your package. 

Local Delivery

Free local delivery/shipping is provided for customers within 35 miles of Taffycat's shipping location in Garner, NC. Minimum purchase is $10 for free local delivery.  The delivery fee is $2.50 for orders below the minimum purchase amount. Deliveries can take up to 1 - 3 days after order processing.
