Free local delivery/shipping is provided for customers within 35 miles of Taffycat's shipping location in Garner, NC. Minimum purchase is $20 for free local delivery. The delivery fee is $2.50 for orders below the minimum purchase amount. Deliveries can take up to 1 - 3 days after order processing.

We ship to the US, US territories, and Canada. Local delivery/shipping is also available for NC residents within 25 miles of Garner, NC. We are currently unable to ship to P.O boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping to Canada is calculated at checkout and based on package weight.
Please make sure your address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address and not returned. Please contact the postal service and provide them your tracking information for assistance.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be provided to your email once the order has shipped. The estimated standard shipping time is 5 to 8 business days. Express USPS Shipping (1 to 2 days) is also available.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us!
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
You can initiate returns through the Contact Us page or by emailing us at email@example.com. Please add your order number to the subject line or within the message of the email and provide the reason for return. We will contact you within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not return the items without informing us first.
The returned merchandise must be in unused, unwashed condition with original tags still attached and in the original packaging to receive a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 1 - 2 business days for return processing. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We honor exchange requests for like items only (for example, a smaller or larger size of the same item). After you request your exchange, we will send you a discount code for free shipping of the replacement item. The easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and use the one-time free shipping code. Our apologies but we are a small business and cannot hold items. Once we receive your returned item, we will send a full refund for the returned item to the original payment method.
If you request a return after the 30-day refund period, a store credit will be issued for the return. Future orders purchased with store credit would not qualify for cash refunds, only store credit reapplied to your login account.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can fix the issue.
Exceptions / Non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards. Items marked clearance are final sales; and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
We reserve the right to turn away any customer who we believe is abusing our refund policy.
